Job summary

DigiOutsource, part of Super Group, is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to guide a team of engineers in delivering scalable software solutions. You will set engineering standards, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive architecture and quality across platforms.

You will mentor engineers, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining focus on security, performance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced gaming tech environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years in software development lifecycle.
• 2+ years of people leadership and budgeting experience.
• 2+ years in a Senior Software Engineer or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and software testing fundamentals.
• Proven track record with agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers to deliver robust software solutions.
• Define and enforce engineering standards and best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and system performance.
• Plan team priorities, growth, and technology adoption.
• Deliver end-to-end software projects on time and within scope.
