Job description

The organization is attempting to implement a major component that is to be data-driven. Our team is responsible for collecting, interpreting, and displaying data to provide insights into teams, business units, and value streams.

We are seeking a Lead / Manager with hands-on technical experience in implementing OCR / IDP tooling within an organization, along with stakeholder management skills.

We plan to bring an AWS-based vendor OCR/IDP solution into the organization and are building a new team to assess vendor products. Once assessed, the team will integrate the system into our organization and extend it into our broader AI strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Software Developer / Engineer experienced with OCR/IDP systems.
• Work on OCR & IDP tooling and projects.
• Utilize AWS Textract (optional) and AWS A2I (optional).
• Implement LLM-based QA, LLM, and vision models for OCR extraction, summarization, and decision-making within IDP.
• Exposure to HuggingFace and open-source AI vision models (optional).
• Apply technical evaluation techniques for OCR & IDP projects.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Lead Software Developer.
• Proven experience in OCR & IDP projects.
• Experience with AWS.

Mandatory Skills:
