The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software dev with 3+ years in smart contracts, strong Solidity skills, and experience with Truffle, Hardhat, and Ganache.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum, Polygon, and BSC.
• Lead the smart contract development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and security protocols for smart contract development.
• Perform rigorous code reviews and security audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define smart contract requirements and specifications.
• Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies and tools to enhance development processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug smart contract issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the overall technical architecture and strategy of decentralized applications.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on smart contract development.
• Expertise in Solidity and experience with EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Proficiency in using development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, and Ganache.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and security best practices for smart contracts.
• Experience with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and DeFi protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Experience with version control systems like Git is essential.
