Sabenza IT & Recruitment in Johannesburg, South Africa, seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to lead payroll transformations for SA organisations. You will drive client-facing design workshops, configure payroll solutions, and ensure compliant payroll operations from blueprint to go-live.

Essential SA payroll expertise and 3+ end-to-end SAP Payroll projects are required, along with strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven Delivery Experience – 3+ end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations with ECP.
• Strong SA payroll knowledge: PAYE, UIF, SDL, ETI, IRP5/IT3(a), SARS eFiling, Bargaining Council.
• Hands-on SAP configuration: payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, infotypes, PCC, SA localisation.
• Client-facing consulting: ability to run design workshops, blueprint sessions, fit-gap analyses.
• Excellent communication: prepare high-quality documentation and present complex solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing design workshops and blueprint sessions.
• Configure SAP Payroll solutions including ECP and SA localisation.
• Ensure compliant payroll operations from blueprint to go-live and hypercare.
• Engage with HR, Finance and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
