Job summary

Manpower Group is seeking a Payroll SAP Consultant based in Johannesburg to support client workshops, configure SAP Payroll and ECP, and ensure compliance with SA payroll legislation. The role involves hands-on configuration, data mapping, testing, and documentation under senior guidance.

Ideal candidates will have SAP Payroll project experience, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. On-site work at client locations is required with potential for growth and certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree (preferred) in IT, HR, Accounting, or related field.
• SAP Payroll project experience with end-to-end involvement.
• Foundational knowledge of SA payroll laws (PAYE, UIF, SDL, IRP5).
• Willingness to learn and grow in SAP payroll space.
• SAP certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements through client workshops and meetings.
• Configure SAP Payroll and ECP components under guidance.
• Learn SA payroll legislation and apply in configurations.
• Support PCC setup, payroll runs, and issue resolution.
• Assist with SAP SuccessFactors integration and data mapping.
• Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and data validation.
• Prepare and maintain configuration documentation and process notes.
