The Sales Operations role will lead the sales processes, systems, operating rigor, and standard work to enable business line growth for the power services business across Sub Saharan Africa.
The role will support the sales organization through data-driven insights, efficient sales processes, and effective performance management.
This position will work closely with the sales team, cross-functional partners, and leadership to improve sales performance, optimize funnel hygiene, and build impactful dashboards to visualize key sales metrics.
