Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.

• Deep React experience and core principles mastery.
• Strong state management knowledge with Redux or similar.
• Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous requests.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Lead or mentoring experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of responsive web applications using React.
• Mentor and guide junior frontend developers, fostering their growth.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into interfaces.
• Work with backend developers to integrate frontend components with APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Implement and manage state management solutions (Redux/Context).
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser performance.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and standards.
• Stay updated with frontend technologies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot frontend issues and contribute to architectural roadmap.
