Join our dynamic team as a Lead Qualifier at our Support Office in Umhlanga, where you'll play a crucial role in connecting prospective students with the right educational opportunities!

The purpose of this role is for assessing and qualifying prospective student enquiries, ensuring that only high quality leads are passed on to the admissions team. This role involves engaging with potential students, understanding their educational needs and guiding them toward suitable programs.



Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

● Experience in a sales role, customer service or lead qualification

● Experience within the hospitality / education sales industries beneficial

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

● Experience with CRM systems - Administration skills essential

Essential Skills:

● Strong database and MS Office computer literacy

● Strong administrative skills

● Have excellent interpersonal communication skills and intuitive to client's needs

● Working well as part of a bigger team but also be able to deliver and work independently

Qualities:

● Excellent telephone etiquette

● Brilliant command of English language
