Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced enterprise leader to set and execute a strategy for responsible AI, generative AI, and low-code platforms. You will govern delivery capabilities with measurable business value and define the operating model, roadmap, and investment priorities.

You will lead AI engineers and platform teams, manage a diverse use-case portfolio, and ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Senior enterprise leadership experience.
• Proven transition of AI or low-code solutions into secure production.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, AI agents, orchestration, modern SDLC, DevSecOps, APIs and event-driven integration.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.

Job description

• Set and execute the strategy for responsible AI agents, generative AI, low-code and no-code capabilities
• Convert emerging technology into governed, reusable delivery capabilities with measurable business value
• Define the operating model, capability roadmap, investment priorities and use-case portfolio
• Prioritise use cases across software delivery, testing, operations, colleague enablement and customer journeys
• Establish reusable agent, prompt, component, integration and reference implementation patterns
• Drive AI-enabled practices across analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, release and operations
• Transition prototypes into maintainable, observable and supportable production services
• Embed responsible AI, privacy, cyber security, data, model risk, legal, records and regulatory controls
• Define human-in-the-loop controls, decision rights, testing, monitoring, incident response and retirement requirements
• Prevent uncontrolled proliferation, shadow delivery and vendor lock-in through approved platforms and patterns
• Maintain evidence of agent and model quality, performance, traceability and control effectiveness
• Lead AI engineers, low-code specialists, platform owners, change practitioners and delivery partners
• Own financial plans, strategic suppliers, talent, delivery performance and executive reporting
• Measure success through adoption, realised benefits, delivery speed, cost reduction, solution reliability and reuse
• Confirm the mandate, publish the strategy and roadmap, establish governance, deliver high-value outcomes and build sustainable capability
