Job Description:

As our Lead Player Development Coach, you'll assist in the delivery of the Golf At Goodwood Academy vision and business plan, achieving both individual tuition targets as well as overall player development targets.

Utilising our state-of-the-art facilities, you will take the lead in driving the best possible participation, engagement, service and overall success of all Junior, beginner and Get into Golf programmes. As a senior member of the Academy team, you will support the operational running of the Academy and have best in class communication to the rest of the team to ensure the highest standards are achieved.

You'll fully coordinate a safe, fun and highly energetic junior golf coaching program, including the full pathway from beginners, to elite Juniors.

They’ll be great opportunities to develop in your role, as you anticipate customer needs, exceed expectations and create strong and collaborative relationships.

What you’ll have:

  • Positive and friendly with a “can do attitude”
  • Experience within a similar role with a focus on implementing and delivering tuition programmes to a wide
  • PGA Qualification with relevant operational experience
  • Certification in relation to Custom Fit programmes
  • Ability to anticipate guests needs and exceed their expectations
