You will conduct inspections, tailor treatment plans, ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and food safety standards, and maintain records. The role emphasizes proactive leadership, high service quality, and collaboration with clients to prevent pest issues and maintain clean facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in pest control and sanitation, with at least 2 in supervision.
• Valid pest control operator license and certifications.
• Deep knowledge of pest biology, behaviour and control methods.
• Understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP).
• Proven leadership and team management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.
• Physical fitness for site inspections and treatments.
• Proficiency with reporting software and documentation.
