Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching or tutoring mathematics, with at least 2 years in an online environment.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team of educators or tutors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and virtual facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with online learning platforms, educational software, and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities
