Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of iOS and Android developers, fostering best practices and code quality.
• Oversee the entire mobile application development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional mobile features.
• Define and implement mobile architecture and technical strategy.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Optimize mobile applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
• Stay current with the latest mobile technology trends, frameworks, and platform updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven expertise in developing native iOS applications using Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Proven expertise in developing native Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and mobile-to-backend integration.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
