Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of native iOS and Android applications.
• Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, fostering best practices and high-quality code.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Implement robust data synchronization and offline capabilities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.

• Manage the app release process for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a significant focus on either iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Demonstrated experience in leading a mobile development team.
• Proven experience developing and shipping complex, user-facing mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile-to-back-end integration.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
