• Extensive knowledge of pyrometallurgical processes, including furnaces, Peirce-Smith converters, and related equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization, debottlenecking, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in process simulation software.
