Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechatronics or related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechatronic systems, integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components.
• Create detailed 3D mechanical designs, including mechanisms, enclosures, and component layouts using CAD software.
• Collaborate closely with electrical and embedded software engineers to define system architectures and interfaces.
• Develop specifications for sensors, actuators, motors, and control hardware.
• Perform mechanical analysis, including stress, vibration, and thermal simulations, to ensure design integrity.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of mechatronic systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for mechatronic development projects.
• Stay current with advancements in robotics, automation, and control technologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in mechatronic system design and development.
• Proven experience leading engineering projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and mechanical analysis tools (FEA).
• Strong understanding of control systems, embedded electronics, sensors, and actuators.
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., C++, Python) relevant to mechatronics is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a holistic approach to system design.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with proven success in remote environments.
