Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Gauteng to lead projects from concept to delivery. You should hold a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and have at least 3 years of design, development and project execution experience.

Proficiency in MS Office and SolidWorks, plus a valid driver’s licence, are required. You will develop designs and technical docs, plan projects, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical engineering design, development and project execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• Strong experience with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software.
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering projects from concept through to delivery.
• Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project milestones.
• Collaborate with production, manufacturing, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with technical specifications and engineering standards.
• Support product development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
