Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of mechanical fitters in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications for accurate assembly and fitting.
• Perform precision fitting, alignment, and calibration of mechanical components and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic assessments to identify potential mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
