The role requires a Masters in Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years in design with 3+ years in leadership, and expertise in SolidWorks, ANSYS, and ABAQUS.

• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, power transmission and control mechanisms.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams and manage projects.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical design engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, specifically focused on heavy machinery or large‑scale industrial equipment.
• Expert proficiency in industry‑standard CAD and CAE software (e.g., SolidWorks, ANSYS, ABAQUS).
• Demonstrated experience in structural analysis, material selection for harsh environments, and fatigue life prediction.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, power transmission, and control mechanisms.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and project management is highly desirable.
• Registered Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) with ECSA or eligible for registration.
