You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate closely with production, and drive designs from concept through validation in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in mechanical design for heavy industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor) and FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes (machining, casting, fabrication), and standards.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
