Requirements:

• B.Eng, B.Sc, or B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• 10-15+ years of post-graduate engineering design experience, preferably in automotive design
• Willingness to travel overseas as needed

Responsibilities:

• Interface with customers to establish and prioritize design resources
• Delegate work to engineering personnel
• Guide design engineers on technical issues
• Manage project timelines and communicate milestones
• Ensure design compliance and technical soundness
• Organize and lead design reviews with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
• Perform CAD design, including 3D modeling and 2D drawings
• Maintain Bill of Materials and work within customer PDM systems
