Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Lead Management Consultant to spearhead strategy and operations projects in a remote-first role across South Africa. You will lead client engagements, develop innovative strategies, and drive operational improvements that create significant value.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, 8+ years in management consulting, and a proven ability to lead large transformation programs, mentor teams, and manage senior stakeholder

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within South Africa, with a focus on clients in the Western Cape region and beyond. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, developing innovative strategies, and driving operational improvements that create significant value. This position requires a strategic visionary with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of business operations, organizational design, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of managing complex projects, building client relationships, and mentoring consulting teams. • Expertise in strategic planning, operational efficiency, supply chain management, and organizational design.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote team.
• Familiarity with the business environment in Western Cape is advantageous, but not essential for this remote role.
