Job summary

Linear Concepts in South Africa is seeking a Site Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience to oversee kitchen cabinetry installation and on-site delivery, reporting to Senior Site Manager.

You will manage multiple sites, coordinate with factory and project teams, ensure quality, safety, and timely completion, and build strong relationships with clients and installers to uphold Linear Concepts' high standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in kitchen cabinetry installation and site management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with Factory Manager and Senior Site Manager, providing daily reports on site progress and delays.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, technical knowledge, and experience managing multiple sites concurrently.
• Proactively address issues to minimize disruption to project timelines.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure Linear Concepts' quality standards.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Designers, Factory Managers and clients to ensure satisfaction.
