Lead IT Business Analyst

As a Lead IT Business Analyst, you will be a leader, mentor, and coach, developing and motivating a team of IT Business Analysts. Your focus will be on leading the IT business analysis responsibilities for priority strategic change programmes. You will support the IT BA Practice Manager in maturing and enhancing business analysis practices within IT and across the organisation.

You are a team player with a passion for technology, best practices, and a high level of attention to detail. You should be skilled in agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies and knowledgeable about quality assurance tools and techniques, enabling you to collaborate effectively across matrixed teams.

You enjoy networking and excel at building relationships with stakeholders and managing their expectations. The role requires you to be in the office for 2 days per week, with the remaining time working remotely.

Your responsibilities encompass all aspects of IT Business Analysis, from stakeholder engagement and relationship management to applying effective analysis methods and facilitating change. We are seeking a competent leader who can improve working practices within IT and positively influence the delivery of better outcomes for strategic technology programmes and projects.
