Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking an Integration Architecture Specialist to lead the design and governance of enterprise integration across applications and ERP systems. The role emphasizes ownership of integration services, standards, and platform development methodologies within ICC projects.

The candidate should have an undergraduate IM discipline background, with postgraduate qualifications preferred, and strong language skills (Portuguese/Spanish for LATAM regions).

Qualifications

• Undergraduate qualification in IM discipline (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
• Postgraduate qualification in IM discipline preferred or equivalent practical experience in similar complexity in ERP field, controls and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the overall Integration Service.
• Build and own the standards, policies and development methodologies for the integration platforms.
• Develop integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, and own overall solution architecture for the ICC.
• Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business.
• Determine specifications, plan, design, and develop the integration solutions with project teams.
• Develop the integration platforms, development standards and procedures and architectures for services and code reuse.
• Keep up to date with best practice in emerging Integration technologies.
• Be the technical expert and internal consultant for integration requirements.
• Build interoperability design principles into solutions and resolve business application middleware issues.
• Oversee ICC projects, including planning, resource allocation, steering committee leadership, and team structure management.
