Job summary

Sapiens is seeking a Lead Business Value Delivery Architect / Lead Solution Architect to drive client-facing insurance solutions from sales through delivery to SaaS and AI migration. The role sits between presales and delivery, spanning P&C, Life, and future Reinsurance, with a focus on non-functional and operational requirements.

Based in Johannesburg with remote options, you will own solution design end-to-end, map client outcomes to platform capabilities, and ensure successful engagements

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in designing enterprise insurance solutions
• Track record in presales and delivery
• Strong focus on non-functional requirements
• Experience with cloud-native platforms and SaaS migration
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven tools

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution design across presales and delivery
• Frame solutions around business outcomes and KPIs
• Define done criteria and ensure alignment with client
• Cover non-functional requirements: performance, availability, security
• Manage migrations and extensions when core platform gaps exist
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to resolve platform gaps
• Hand over a documented design to delivery and ensure governance
