Your Key Responsibilities and Impact

1. You will be responsible for insurance reporting, covering financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and management reporting.
2. It requires a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with strong technical accounting expertise, particularly in IFRS 17, and experience in the financial services industry, specifically insurance.

Key Functions:

1. Oversee insurance reporting, including financial and management reporting.
2. Drive business planning and budgeting processes.
3. Ensure compliance with IFRS 17 and other relevant accounting standards.
4. Provide technical accounting insights to support decision-making.

The Experience & Skills You Need

1. CA(SA) qualification required with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in Insurance & IFRS 17.
3. Strong knowledge of technical accounting and analysis.
