Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theatre Arts, Fine Arts, Directing, or a related creative field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative leadership roles within the arts and entertainment industry, with a strong focus on theatre or immersive experiences.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and directing creative projects from concept to completion.
• Exceptional storytelling and narrative design skills.
• Proficiency in visual arts, set design principles, and an understanding of technical theatre production.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for innovation and a willingness to explore new technologies and artistic approaches.
• Experience with budget management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a compelling artistic vision for all theatrical productions.
• Lead the creative development process from initial concept to final execution.
