Qualifications

• Advanced certification in Holistic Wellness Coaching.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in wellness coaching or program development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, curate, and manage a diverse range of holistic wellness programs, including retreats, workshops, and individual coaching packages. Conduct in-depth wellness assessments and consultations with clients to identify their goals and create personalized wellness plans. Provide expert guidance and coaching in areas such as stress reduction, mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, and emotional well‑wellbeing. Lead and mentor a team of wellness coaches and practitioners, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Design and deliver engaging wellness workshops and group sessions for clients. Stay current with the latest research and trends in holistic health, wellness coaching, and complementary therapies. Collaborate with spa and hospitality teams to ensure seamless integration of wellness offerings. Develop program content, materials, and resources for clients and staff. Monitor program effectiveness and client progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes. Represent the company at wellness events and contribute to marketing and promotional activities in the Port Elizabeth area.

Requirements

Advanced certification in Holistic Wellness Coaching or a related field (e.g., Health Coaching, Life Coaching with a wellness focus). Minimum of 6 years of experience in wellness coaching or program development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Comprehensive understanding of holistic health principles, encompassing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Proficiency in various coaching techniques, mindfulness practices, and nutritional guidance. Strong program design and management skills, with a proven track record of successful program implementation. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in mentoring or leading a team of practitioners. A passion for empowering others and fostering positive lifestyle changes. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate program schedules. Must be based in or willing to relocate to the vicinity of Port Elizabeth , Eastern Cape.
