Seeking experienced Lead Generator / Teleseller / Appointment Setter
POSITION INFO :
Promote and explain services to prospective clients.
Obtain fixed, quality, industry-related appointments for Account Executives, as per the target set by the Sales Director.
Attend weekly sales meetings at the time and venue set by the Sales Director and other meetings as required.
Attend all training sessions that are set by the Sales Director and review all material as required. Complete daily activity report to be forwarded to the Head of Department.
Complete additional reports, when requested, by stipulated due date.
Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities
Ensure that all appointments are viable business prospects.
Ensure that all contact details pertaining to the client are correct - i.e. address, telephone number, etc.
Capture appointments on the "sales tracking system" as they are confirmed and update the "whiteboard" immediately.
Ensure that appointments are appropriated by geographic location.
Ensure that appointments are appropriated equally between the Account Executives.
Follow up on and canvass all leads handed over by Account Executives.
Perform any other reasonable activities as requested by the Sales Director and Head of Department.
REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum of 3 years telesales / call center environment.
