Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Lead Generator. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying potential clients, contacting leads through various channels, maintaining the customer database, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales. The role requires conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, managing lead generation campaigns, and optimizing performance to meet company goals and objectives. Additionally, the Lead Generator will be expected to provide regular reports on lead generation activities. This is an on-site role located in the City of Cape Town.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or similar role
  • Ability to use CRM software and lead generation tools
  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques
