Why This Role Matters

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be the first point of contact in the sales pipeline. Your mission is to identify and qualify new business opportunities, ensuring a steady stream of leads for our sales team. Your efforts will directly influence revenue growth and market expansion in a space where Telco automation is booming.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Research and identify prospective clients (ISPs, MSPs, Telcos, Cloud Resellers).
  • Engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales-readiness.
  • Set up discovery meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing on campaigns.
  • Provide feedback from the front lines to improve targeting and messaging.

Requirements

  • Experience in a lead generation, sales development, or similar B2B role (preferably SaaS or Telco).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid team.
  • Enthusiasm for the ICT/Telco space and eagerness to learn about CPQ solutions.
  • Bonus: Experience targeting global markets.
