Why This Role Matters

As a Lead Generator, you'll be the first point of contact in the sales pipeline. Your mission is to identify and qualify new business opportunities, ensuring a steady stream of leads for our sales team. Your efforts will directly influence revenue growth and market expansion in a space where Telco automation is booming.

What you'll be doing

  1. Research and identify prospective clients (ISPs, MSPs, Telcos, Cloud Resellers).
  2. Engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools.
  3. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales-readiness.
  4. Set up discovery meetings and demos for the sales team.
  5. Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM.
  6. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing on campaigns.
  7. Provide feedback from the front lines to improve targeting and messaging.

Requirements

  1. Experience in a lead generation, sales development, or similar B2B role (preferably SaaS or Telco).
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
  4. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote / hybrid team.
  5. Enthusiasm for the ICT / Telco space and eagerness to learn about CPQ solutions.
