Job Summary

As a Performance Marketing Manager at the Lead Generation Group, you will play a critical role in driving lead generation through paid search advertising.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Developing strategies to expand campaign reach and performance within specific sectors and brands.
• Improving campaign effectiveness through ad copy testing and continuous optimization.
• Collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and maximize results.
• Assisting in audience targeting strategies tailored to different sectors and brands.
• Providing regular reports on campaign performance to senior management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns with significant ad spend.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads/Meta for paid search advertising.
• Experience in running international campaigns.
• Ability to analyze and effectively communicate campaign data.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and scaling.
• A strong work ethic and personal accountability.
• Understanding of tracking methodologies and campaign attribution.

Preferred Background

• Familiarity with other performance marketing areas like SEO, affiliates, email, and display advertising.
• Background in B2B, B2C, or lead generation industries.
