About The Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist, your role will be to identify, qualify, and engage E-Commerce businesses that would benefit from our customer service expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage E-Commerce brands to set up demo calls for our Account Executives (commissions included!).
  • Send targeted emails to generate interest and secure demos (commissions included!).
  • Respond quickly to inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our services.
  • Maintain a polished and engaging style that builds client interest.
  • Update and manage deals in HubSpot, ensuring accurate and complete information.

Qualifications

  • Outbound sales and meeting booking experience required (minimum 1 year).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Gorgias, HubSpot, and Apollo is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with a high-energy approach.
  • Reliable internet connection (15+ Mbps).
