Job description

We’re growing at TalentPop App, and we’re looking for someone who’s just as excited about building meaningful connections as we are. If you have a talent for spotting the right opportunities and enjoy reaching out to people in a thoughtful, strategic way, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Find and research potential leads across platforms like LinkedIn and beyond
  • Reach out to prospects with personalized, effective messaging
  • Qualify leads and coordinate calls for our sales team
  • Keep our CRM organized and updated
  • Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales support
  • Comfortable communicating with people from different backgrounds and industries
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce), and outreach tools
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to hit goals without micromanagement
  • Experience with cold email or messaging campaigns is a bonus

Technical Requirements

  • A laptop or PC with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent)
  • Internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download and upload speed
