Job description

We’re growing at TalentPop App, and we’re looking for someone who’s just as excited about building meaningful connections as we are. If you have a talent for spotting the right opportunities and enjoy reaching out to people in a thoughtful, strategic way, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  1. Find and research potential leads across platforms like LinkedIn and beyond
  2. Reach out to prospects with personalized, effective messaging
  3. Qualify leads and coordinate calls for our sales team
  4. Keep our CRM organized and updated
  5. Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For
  1. At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales support
  2. Comfortable communicating with people from different backgrounds and industries
  3. Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce), and outreach tools
  4. Organized, self-motivated, and able to hit goals without micromanagement
  5. Experience with cold email or messaging campaigns is a bonus
Technical Requirements
  1. A laptop or PC with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent)
  2. Internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download and upload speed
