Responsibilities
Create and execute lead generation strategies to drive customer engagement and acquisition
Manage, mentor and form a part of a team of lead generation specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continual improvement
Utilize various platforms and tools for prospecting, including social media, email marketing, and networking
Analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and optimize strategies accordingly
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and handover of qualified leads
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation or similar sales roles
Proven experience in performing outbound lead generation
Strong track record in outbound sales and lead generation
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM and lead generation tools
