We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Department Manager to join UPGRADE.

As the Lead Generation Department Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by overseeing and optimizing our lead generation efforts. Your leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in lead generation will be essential in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.

How your day will look like:

  1. Developing and executing a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with business goals.
  2. Ensuring in-depth knowledge of the company's products, target audience, and market trends.
  3. Researching and identifying suitable channels for lead generation activities.
  4. Qualifying and assessing lead quality to ensure alignment with the ideal customer profile.
  5. Building and managing lists of potential leads while maintaining a well-organized prospect database.
  6. Creating guides and SOPs to enhance the team's efficiency in lead generation.
  7. Setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, and adhering to deadlines for the internal team.
  8. Monitoring team performance, analyzing metrics, and reporting to the management.
  9. Providing coaching, motivation, and support to team members, resolving any issues or conflicts.
  10. Recognizing high-performing team members and encouraging a result-oriented environment.
  11. Organizing team-building activities to foster collaboration and team spirit.
  12. Ensuring effective collaboration between the Lead Generation and BDR/Sales teams.
  13. Managing day-to-day operations and overseeing the department's activities.
  14. Onboarding and training new team members to ensure a cohesive and skilled workforce.
  15. Collaborating with the founders and HR team on implementing improvements and nurturing the company culture.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. Availability for 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  2. Proven experience in lead generation or a similar field.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. A team player with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  5. A passion for driving business growth and achieving targets.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and using digital tools for lead generation.
  7. Possession of a fast and responsive laptop.
