Placements24 is seeking a visionary Lead Game Narrative Designer to craft stories and worlds for upcoming titles. This remote-first role puts you in charge of the narrative team, defining overarching story, character arcs, dialogue, and lore to immerse players across development.

You will collaborate with game design, art, and audio to ensure cohesive narrative, mentor writers, and shape documentation and lore.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in game narrative design or writing, with a portfolio showcasing impactful storytelling in interactive media.
• Proven ability to lead and manage creative teams in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Deep understanding of storytelling principles, character development, and interactive narrative techniques.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with game development processes and tools, including scripting and narrative implementation systems.
