We value 3–5 years in narrative design, strong writing and editing skills, and familiarity with Unity/Unreal Engine.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in game narrative design or interactive storytelling.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Game Design, Digital Media, Creative Writing, or related field.
• Experience with Unity/Unreal Engine and narrative design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine storylines, character arcs, and dialogue for interactive game experiences.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to integrate narrative elements into gameplay mechanics.
• Conduct research on cultural themes, historical contexts, and emerging trends to enrich storytelling.
• Write and revise scripts for in-game cutscenes, quests, and player-driven narratives.
• Participate in playtesting sessions to evaluate narrative impact and user engagement.
