Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in game design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven success in designing and shipping critically acclaimed or commercially successful games.
• Strong understanding of various game genres, player psychology, and modern game design principles.
• Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) and design documentation tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for Mossel Bay.
