Qualifications

  • Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of ESL teaching experience, with at least 2 years in leadership or supervisory roles.

  • Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and pedagogical methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
