Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team of electrical engineers and designers, providing technical guidance.
- Design Management: Overseeing electrical design from concept to completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Project Coordination: Collaborating with architects, mechanical engineers, and construction teams for integrated electrical systems.
- Technical Expertise: Applying knowledge of power distribution, lighting, control systems, and safety standards.
- Cost and Time Management: Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting design reviews and implementing quality control measures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in electrical design, preferably in consulting engineering or design-build environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, Revit), knowledge of IEC, NEC standards, experience with power systems, lighting, and control systems.
- Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and communicate effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
