About Us: We are a premium product engineering and development firm specializing in end-to-end turnkey solutions for commercial vehicle development, including electric, hybrid, and conventional powertrains, as well as advanced vehicle technologies like ADAS, vehicle autonomy, and telematics.

Requirements

1. BEng, B.Sc, or B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering
2. 15+ years of post-graduate engineering design experience, preferably in automotive wiring design and controller integration
3. Willingness to travel overseas as needed

Responsibilities

1. Interface with customers to prioritize design resources
2. Delegate tasks and guide design engineers on technical issues
3. Manage project timelines and communicate progress
4. Design electrical wiring (2D, 3D, schematics) and integrate control modules
5. Ensure design compliance and conduct internal and customer design reviews
6. Perform CAD design, create 2D drawings, and maintain the Bill of Materials within customer PDM systems
7. Lead design projects and manage project priorities
8. Handle administrative tasks such as performance reviews, mentorship, and training
