Are you a visionary Electrical Engineer with a passion for leadership and critical infrastructure?

Our client is expanding its South Africa team and seeking a proven Electrical Team Lead Engineer.

This is a pivotal role where you will not only drive the electrical design and delivery of cutting-edge data centre and industrial projects but also lead, mentor, and grow a dynamic team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the South Africa Electrical Engineering team, managing resources, recruitment, performance, and career development.
• Oversee and manage all electrical engineering aspects of data centre & industry design projects.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to design engineers.
• Collaborate with our global teams (NL, GER, UK, etc.)

and support local projects.

• Manage project documentation, calculations, and specifications (ACC, Revit, Dialux, ETAP).

Requirements :

• Bachelor's / Master's in Electrical Engineering.
• ECSA Professional Registration : PrEng (15 years experience) or PrTech (20 years experience).
• Demonstrable experience in electrical design / installation within a consulting environment, specifically Data Centre & Industry building design, construction oversight, and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of industry practices and client operations.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and collaborative skills.
