Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical control systems, including PLC/DCS programming, HMI design, and motion control.

• Oversee the integration of control systems with other plant automation technologies, including SCADA and MES.

• Troubleshoot complex control system issues remotely and provide timely technical support to clients and field service teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical control systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profibus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP).
• Experience with robotic system integration and motion control is essential.
• Proficiency in electrical CAD software and simulation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams effectively in a remote setting.
