• Proficiency with drilling simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
• Must be legally authorized to work in South Africa.
