Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related discipline.
4–6 years as a Business Analyst focusing on digital strategy and solutions.
Proven experience in elicitation, analysis, and documentation for complex software projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies; excellent communication.
Experience with data modeling and process mapping tools.

Responsibilities

Lead gathering and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects.
Analyze current processes and identify improvements through digital solutions.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specs for development teams.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and validate requirements.
Develop user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA to align with objectives.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support rollout of new systems.
Provide ongoing analysis and support for implemented digital solutions.
Mentor and guide junior business analysts, promoting best practices.
