Job summary

PSG Konsult Ltd. in Johannesburg is seeking a Lead Developer to architect and deliver on the full stack, from backend APIs to the frontend. This permanent position places you at the heart of PSG Wealth transactional platforms and architectural decisions.

You will code actively, guide a team of senior and mid-level developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with strategic goals. A strong background in C#/.NET and SQL Server is essential.

Qualifications

• BCom / BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years' fullstack software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or architecture role.
• Hands-on technical leader— leads from the front, stays in the code, and does not delegate all implementation to the team.
• Full stack competency — equally comfortable in backend logic, data design, API development, and frontend delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
